Manchester Pond Resevoir
Slow morning, starting around 10:30am fishing live shiners. Starting slamming Smallmouth and Largemouth at around 12:15pm, 9 fish total between 4 people. Fished until around 1:45pm. Fished in between the left Southwest Side on the Dam, next to the treeline and the cement Drainage block with the pipe/fence on it. Roughly a 70 yard distance up and down the shore line casting to different rock formations on the bottom, and the overhanging trees to the left.
I've added this spot to MAfishfinder, as it was not on the site surprisingly. Feel free to check it out, and take a look at the pictures from this trip up there.
I love that place. We ice fish the islands up in the northern cove close to RT 295 No ice last year, can't wait to get back this winter. It's like heaven more fish than we can count
Yea this place is an Attleboro, and Access is from Beagle Club Road in Attleboro. Its a small dead end street with some nice houses, the dead end is a circle with public parking for the Pond, theres a sign and a trail that lead right to it! Pretty easy access.
Yes agree catch n release have observed a lot of people keeping not legal fish at Sud res and fishing has slowed sure one or two fish won't hurt but when everybody starts taking them home fishing is ruined.
Hi, looks like no boats? No wonder I don't see anyone using them off 95. Good thing offshore fishing is ok though...
How is the offshore fishing and where can you access?
Is this place in Attleboro? If it is, we fish it thru the ice and absolutley kill em thier we use 6-8 doz shinners every trip..Big Big Crappie and Yellow Perch
PLEASE TREAT GREAT FISHING SPOTS WITH RESPECT. CATCH AND RELEASE, DONT TRASH THE PLACE, AND OBEY ALL REGULATIONS.
