Glen Charlie Pond - Wareham, MA Fishing Report

7/13/08 - Glen Charlie Pond - Wareham, MA

Did some scoping today with Johnny Bag-A-Bass at Glen Charlie to see if we could have any chance of success at the July 27th tournament. I must say Im not impress with any of the areas that we were able to get to and fish from shore. Very shallow, Weedy/muddy bottom. The one decent looking area at the south dam had no production at all besides one bluegill for Johnny and One pickerel that followed my shakyhead to the shoreline to not take a bite. It was a beautiful day and we had fun, but my overall thoughts of shorefishing that pond were very disappointed. I caught only a big bluegill and a tiny sunfish. On a side note we killed about 2 hours waiting for AAA to tow Johnny's truck out of "The Sand Pit". LOL, nice job stupid!!!
